Dr. Tom Ronning’s vision is to provide family wellness care that people can trust. He is passionate not only about getting people out of pain, but also teaching them how to live optimally well.
Dr. Tom has extensive training in diagnosing and treating various musculoskeletal injuries of the body. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Athletic Training from Bethel University where he spent over 1,000 hours preventing, diagnosing, and treating injuries in athletes. Tom then went on to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University.
While attending Bethel, Dr. Tom was very involved outside the classroom and held several leadership roles including; Captain of the Men’s Tennis Team, Head Men’s Hockey Student Athletic Trainer, Tennis Teaching Pro at Wayzata Country Club, Resident Assistant, member of the Concert Choir, and member of Men’s Club Volleyball Team.
Tom has a family oriented foundation and loves spending time with his beautiful wife and their two children, Parker and Cruze
God has put a passion on Dr. Tom’s heart to help people, and it radiates through every cell of his body. Dr. Tom utilizes diversified chiropractic adjusting technique, chiropractic biophysics, is certified in Activator Methods (instrument assisted adjusting), a certified Fascial Movement Taping Technician (FMT2) through Rock Tape (kinesiology tape), and certified in Graston Technique.
Dr. Rachel Hovey’s passion as a chiropractor is to spread knowledge of optimal health to adults, kids and families in the community. Her goal is to provide wellness care that allows all generations to be set up for the best life possible.
Dr. Rachel grew up in Minnesota after high school she attended Hamline University. While a pre-med student at Hamline, she also was a three-sport athlete competing in indoor/outdoor Track & Field and Cross-Country. After a running injury, she found amazing relief from chiropractic care and experienced its benefits firsthand. Helping patients of all ages soon became her passion and she pursued a degree in Chiropractic.
Dr. Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northwestern Health Sciences University, where she obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Rachel is certified in the Graston Technique and FMT I & II taping. She currently is finishing up her Pediatric Chiropractic Certification through the ICPA and has completed EPIC pediatric training.
Dr. Rachel enjoys listening and understanding patients’ goals in order to give them the best care possible. With her extensive hours and training in treating and understanding pediatric and pregnancy complaints her passion lies in family chiropractic care. As a recently new mother she understand the importance of starting out life with the best possible start. Her goal is to help individuals of all ages reach their highest potential possible, free from medications and other “added stressors” to our bodies. Dr. Rachel wants families to know that there is more for their children and is passionate to share that with the community.
In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband Zach, son ZJ and dog Jaxon, running, and spending summers at her family’s lake cabin in Alexandria. It is most important to Dr. Rachel to pursue growth as a doctor of chiropractic, serving and educating the community and in her faith with God.
Dr. Lance Neubauer’s greatest passion is to educate families about what being “healthy” truly means. He strives to inspire and encourage those around him to take a proactive approach to health.
Dr. Lance has been receiving chiropractic care weekly since they day he was born. Because of this, he has always taken interest in the amazing healing ability of the human body. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bethel University where he began to take interest in the nervous system and how it is directly influenced by the posture of the human body. While at Bethel, Dr. Lance also competed on the basketball team. Later, he graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University, where he obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Lance is certified in the Graston Technique and FMT I & II taping.
Due to significant structural abnormalities, Dr. Lance has had to deal with many symptoms all his life. Unfortunately, growing up he never knew that correcting these abnormalities was possible until he heard of Align Health and Wellness. Now as part of the team, he aspires to take care of families with corrective chiropractic care so they don’t have to experience what he did.
Dr. Lance seeks to help others achieve their highest level of health by improving the function and healing of the amazing body God has given them. His desire to help families stems from his own family-centered upbringing, where his dad was also a chiropractor. Dr. Lance utilizes diversified chiropractic adjusting technique as well as chiropractic biophysics.
His enthusiasm for life grows every day and is fueled by his passion to help others. In his free time Dr. Lance enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, yard games, playing basketball, hunting, golfing, and doing anything adventurous. His faith in God drives him in all areas of life and he is excited about serving the Long Lake Community.
Dr. Kyler Maxfield’s passion as a chiropractor is specializing in whole body health for the entire family.
Dr. Kyler graduated from Luther College with his Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training. He was the student Athletic Trainer for Men’s Baseball, Women’s Softball, Football, Wrestling, and Men’s and Women’s Swimming. Dr. Kyler went on to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota.
During his free time Dr. Kyler enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking/camping, basketball, and running. While at Luther he played Basketball and ran Track for the Norse. Dr. Kyler also enjoys spending time on the boat back home at his family’s lake house in Wisconsin.
Dr. Kyler is married to his beautiful wife Abbie, and they have a 2 year old boxer ‘puppy’ Tuck.
He has dedicated his life and made it his mission to share this truth and way of healing and life with everyone he meets.
